**Purpose of the Job**

Oversees all Human Resources strategic and tactical operations across the region. Supports Vice President and CHRO in transforming company HR strategy into clear deliverables at a local level

**Responsibilities**:

- Leads and manages the local HR teams.
- Consults with relevant senior management and local HR teams on strategic and tactical human resources issues.
- Works closely with Senior Management and HR teams to drive Aramex culture across the region.
- Develops internal communication materials and or initiatives to drive employee engagement.
- Analyses HR trends and metrics providing employee/people insights to drive decision making.
- Provides analysis and recommendations in workforce planning and resourcing.
- Facilitates training needs analysis to build and implement training plans.
- Leads, manages, and co-ordinates talent management and succession planning processes
- Resolves complex employee relations issues and address grievances in line with company policy.
- Leads and drives performance management process in alignment with company recognition and reward programs.
- Reviews and recommends employees’ compensation and benefits plans where needed.
- Manages the development and delivery of the local HR team’s annual performance management goals.
- Suggest new HR strategies.
- Driving continuous improvement within areas of responsibility.
- Works in partnership with a range of stakeholders including the leadership team, HR Global team leads, trade unions, employees, and external partners.

**Job Requirements**
- 7 to 10 years Human Resources Management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree - Relevant majors: Human Resources/Industrial Psychology
- Strong knowledge of local Labour Legislation
- Successful track record in managing all aspects of HR Management including reward, resourcing, talent management, succession planning, change management, and employee relations
- MS Office Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a matrix organization structure
