Our Total Rewards Team partnering the business by providing support for activities in Compensation and Benefits focusing on business aligned rewards strategy for the region and its countries. The team will also ensure compensation & benefits initiatives and programs are supported and adherence to global standard.

Role holder will be exposed to international scope and will cover reward processes and projects including but not limited to India/APAC Region.

As a Total Rewards Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Providing design, delivery and expertise in compensation, including sales/non-sales variable compensation, as well as their corresponding compliance requirements, systems and tools. Includes those who lead Compensation teams, and/or the operations for such teams.
- Understanding and ownership of processes supporting the company’s annual compensation cycle.
- Partnering with Global Total Rewards team to deliver:

- Salary survey participation -prepare and of submit data files and benefit questionnaires
- Analyzing survey results and market benchmarking - analyzing results to strengthen BH market competitiveness. Also includes mastery of our compensation data analytics software, development of draft market pricing and draft salary structures.
- Merit review - mastery of Baker Hughes merit philosophy & merit review software; support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) across multiple geographies; reporting and merit analytics
- Bonus payout - first point of contact for escalation queries; collaboration with global compensation team
- Conducting groundwork and initial analysis for complex compensation projects. Assume responsibility for mid complex compensation projects. Collaborate with HRBPs and leadership on delivery of unique projects generated by business requirements.
- Coordinating renewals of benefit programs for selected countries with HR Business Partners and Brokers. Ensures that all aspects of the renewal follow the renewal protocol. Formulates recommendations for the approval of stakeholders.
- Supporting policy reviews by conducting analytical work as well as drafting and finalizing policy documents for publication.
- Analyzing existing company processes to identify areas for improvement. Recommend streamlining and efficiency gains.
- Keeping up-to-date knowledge of company’s global programs - Stock Purchase Plans, Reward & Recognition, Short-term incentive plans, Sales Compensation. Provide expert advice to HRSC Advisors and HRBPs who escalate their or employee queries to Total Rewards.
- Supporting HRBPs and Region/Global Total Rewards Team in development and reviews of complex individual and/or group compensation reviews.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems.
- Contributing to divestiture and post-merger integration projects across the Region as they arise.
- Leading as a project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects.
- Working goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Rewards function with exposure to both compensation and benefits processes and programs in multinational companies or large corporations at corporate/regional/global level.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as part of a transforming HR function
- Strong experience of data analysis and market benchmarking. Able to provide insights and recommendations based on analysis
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure to deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self motivated and results driven. Strong organizational, time management and planning skills
- Pursues learning and self-development
- Experience of dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information
