The Total Rewards Analyst will provide functional expertise and specialised administration of Compensation & Benefits and Leave of Absence. They will own and deliver continuous improvement, vendor management, operational reporting, and service management. They will interface with Business HR and CoEs to continuously improve services.

**Core Responsibilities**:
Compensation & Benefits:

- Research, analyze, and resolve benefit issues or inquiries escalated by the Customer Service Rep./Functional Specialists and other stakeholders
- Administer annual bonus/incentive-based pay processing, ad-hoc payments, and stock grants
- Administer benefits including eligibility audits, new hire and annual benefits enrollment, new enrollment audits, termination, and life event changes, benefits accounting, and benefit appeals process
- Assist with the benefits transfer process for employees transferring in and out.
- Provide analysis and metrics on enrollment to Total Rewards CoE
- Manage retirement, including retiree database, retirement plan administration, quality control audits oversight, and implementation on plan design changes.
- Work with vendors to plan, administer, and resolve benefit, and retirement, as needed
- Assist with audits to ensure accuracy of data in reports and data transmissions to third party vendors collaborate with business systems counterparts for assessment and correction of discrepancies
- Support salary and benefits surveys (internal/ external) i.e., Mercer Salary Survey
- Interface with Business HR and CoE to continuously improve compensation & benefits administration processes, procedures, and technologies.

Leave of Absence:

- Respond to escalated inquiries from Customer Service Rep./Functional Specialists and other stakeholders by providing information regarding LOA policies and guidelines
- Receive and process LOA requests.
- Manage and oversee the execution of leave processes and programs from end-to-end, including inquiry support for sensitive issues
- Interface with Business HR and CoE to continuously improve LOA administration processes, procedures, and technologies.

**Mandatory requirements**:

- Degree holder
- Min 3 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits/ Total Rewards, Leave of absence administration
- Good knowledge of HR operations - HR policies, practices, and procedures
- Experience in C&B/ TR supporting China or other countries will be an added advantage
- Familiar with total rewards & LOA tools and processes
- Able to run reports and interpret data to conduct analysis
- Proficient use of applicable technology, Workday (preferred) and MS Office
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
