HR Rewards Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for collecting and analyzing rewards related data and HR metrics to generate insights for better decision making.
- Be the principal expert on headcount and staff cost management. While this is an area that requires regular monitoring from many angles, tangible outputs include Divisional cost dashboards and inputs to quarterly financial forecasts.
- Create and periodically update HR's People Dashboard to report on key people metrics to HR Management and other key stakeholders. Make recommendations based on insights.
- Work closely with external consultants on annual market salary surveys. Analyze survey results, consolidate insights and identify areas that require alignment in internal salary structure and practices.
- Involved in the planning and execution of Digi's Annual Rewards Cycle, works closely with HRBP to provide advise and knowledge to managers.
- Prepare new hire salary proposals and provide recommendation to Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers.
- Participate in other projects as and when assigned.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or related fields.
- Hands-on experience in compiling and analyzing data and management reporting in any area, not just in HR.
- A basic understanding of financial accounting concepts.
- Excellent at problem-solving and analytics. Someone with the resilience and knack for working with large amounts of data to generate insights, even when it is sourced from multiple channels and comes in various shapes and forms.
- Experienced at data visualization and energized by creating reports and presentations that are easy to understand.
- A strong communicator and presenter.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
- Excellent organization and flexibility to change priorities.
- Must be a team player but be equally comfortable taking own initiative.
- Passionate about creating value for Digi, putting Digi's interests before everything else.
