**Rewards Manager**

**What will you do?**
- **Compensation Management**:Design, propose and implement an effective rewards and benefit programs based on competitive industry and market practices, as well as the Company and People & Culture (P&C) strategies & programs. Determine position classifications, prepare and update salary scales. Make salaries recommendations to line management after evaluating job descriptions for new hires as well as for existing talent in the event of salary increment/adjustment, promotion, transfer, redesignation, etc.), to ensure internal relativity and external competitiveness.
- **Benefits Administration**: Administer employee benefits programs, which includes retirement plans, Employee Share Purchase Plan, leave policies, wellness programs, and insurance plans & policies such as health, life, and disability. Select benefits vendors and oversee the enrollment, renewal, and distribution processes for employees. Monitor government regulations and market trends regularly to ensure that the benefits programs are current and competitive.
- **Salary Surveys and Market Analysis**:Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data. Based on sound data analysis, propose various alternatives and make recommendations based on market compensation & benefits surveys, government statistic surveys, total pay competitiveness in the marketplace and the P&C practices of other relevant (FMCG) organizations
- **Coordinate Annual & Strategic Plan/Latest Estimates**:Submit all required salary, fringe, and benefit costs for the annual budget to the functional management teams. Use available reports to analyze and monitor the variances of actual expenditure (OPEX) on salaries and fringes versus the approved budget/plan.
- **Pay Line Management**:Review, analyze, develop and implement pay line and ensure compliance with the Company's pay for performance philosophy.
- **Payroll Management**:Manage local payroll outsourced provider and ensure that local payroll outsourced provider processes and makes all monthly salary payments, relevant statutory payments and declarations in a timely and accurate manner.
- **Communications**:Manage employee communication efforts pertaining to rewards and benefits; liaison with functional leads and line management to obtain feedback and make necessary recommendations for improvement in the area of rewards and benefits.
- **Others**:Support the P&C Lead on other P&C related matters and special projects as assigned. Support any global/local initiatives that require local P&C's involvement including but not limited to P&C communications, business transformation, change management, project assignments, etc. Establish productive relationship with P&C GBS to ensure synchronization and alignment between P&C and GBS, that the P&C transactional and specialized services are delivered with high quality and efficiently.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Management or its equivalent.
- ~7 years of experience in Rewards/Compensation & Benefits management within a multinational environment preferred.
- Good understanding of local labor legislation. Experience in compensation cycle management and developing HR policies.
- Strong command in English (read and write)
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Ability to confidently liaise with all levels of management/employees and across organizational lines.
- Ability to influence opinions and gain consensus between stakeholders of different levels, interests, organizations or locations.
- Thrive in a fast paced and changing environment while maintaining focus on driving and delivering on strategic objectives and executing day-to-day requirements.
