**Operasi Masuk**:
**Main Responsibilities**:
**Inbound Operations**:

- Manage and oversee the receiving of incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy in product quantity and quality.
- Verify and inspect goods upon arrival to ensure compliance with purchase orders.
- Coordinate unloading, sorting, and storing of inbound products in designated warehouse locations.
- Update inventory records accurately and promptly in the warehouse management system.
- Assist in the documentation process for receiving goods, including labeling and reporting discrepancies.

**Outbound Operations**:

- Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatching of goods based on customer orders.
- Coordinate with the fulfillment team to prepare products for shipping, ensuring all orders meet customer requirements.
- Organize and track outgoing shipments to ensure proper delivery and minimize errors.
- Manage order documentation, including packing lists and shipping labels.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing products to prevent shipping errors or damage.

**Inventory Management**:

- Assist in regular stock counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Handle stock transfers within the warehouse and between different storage locations.

**Warehouse Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, adhering to safety and health guidelines.
- Ensure warehouse equipment is properly maintained and report any equipment malfunctions.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.
- Work closely with other departments such as customer service, logistics, and inventory management to fulfill operational needs.

**Additional Duties**:

- Assist in resolving operational challenges related to inbound and outbound activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.

- **Skop Tugas Pembantu Gudang**:

- Mengurus penerimaan barang, termasuk memuat turun, memeriksa, dan mendokumentasikan stok yang diterima.
- Memeriksa penghantaran untuk kerosakan dan ketidakselarasan, serta melaporkan sebarang isu kepada pembekal.
- Memastikan kemasukan stok yang tepat dan pantas ke dalam sistem pengurusan gudang.
- Melabel dan menyimpan barang yang diterima di kawasan yang ditetapkan, memastikan penggunaan ruang yang efisien.
- Berkoordinasi dengan pembekal dan pasukan perolehan untuk jadual penghantaran dan penambahan stok.

**Operasi Keluar**:

- Memproses dan menyediakan pesanan untuk penghantaran, memastikan ketepatan dalam pengambilan, pembungkusan, dan pelabelan.
- Bekerjasama dengan pasukan operasi penghantaran untuk menjadualkan dan melaksanakan penghantaran kepada pelanggan.
- Memantau proses pembungkusan untuk memastikan barang dibungkus dengan selamat dan mematuhi piawaian kualiti.
- Menyimpan dokumentasi yang tepat untuk semua pesanan keluar, termasuk label penghantaran, invois, dan nota penghantaran.
- Menjejak penghantaran dan menangani sebarang isu penghantaran atau pemulangan barang.

**Pengurusan Inventori**:

- Melakukan pemeriksaan stok secara berkala untuk mengekalkan rekod inventori yang tepat.
- Mengenal pasti dan melaporkan sebarang ketidakselarasan stok, kerugian, atau kerosakan.
- Memastikan inventori disusun dan mudah diakses untuk pemenuhan pesanan yang efisien.

**Penyelenggaraan Gudang**:

- Menjaga persekitaran gudang yang bersih dan tersusun, mengikut piawaian kesihatan dan keselamatan.
- Memastikan semua peralatan yang digunakan dalam operasi masuk dan keluar berada dalam keadaan baik dan berfungsi.

**Kerjasama dan Pelaporan**:

- Berkomunikasi secara efektif dengan pasukan operasi dan pengurusan mengenai tahap stok, jadual masuk, dan penghantaran keluar.
- Menyediakan dan menyerahkan laporan mengenai aktiviti masuk dan keluar, status inventori, serta sebarang isu operasi.

**Tugas Ad-hoc**:

- Menyokong tugas-tugas gudang lain yang diberikan oleh pengurusan, termasuk membantu dalam penyediaan gudang, melatih kakitangan baru, atau membantu dengan pesanan besar.

Pay: Up to RM24,000.00 per year
