Job Descriptions:
**Account Payable (AP)**:

- Account for and ensure all invoices have proper supporting documents and authorization before recording into AP ledger for payment processing. (Purchase orders, delivery orders and supplier invoices)
- Prepare payment vouchers, including cost distributions and accounts codes for all suppliers’ invoices and credit notes.
- To maintain proper records in the AP ledger for all payments to suppliers, inter-company accounts and other creditors.
- Ensure proper filing of all documents related to company financials.
- Communicate, follow up and solve invoice disputes, internally or with external parties.
- To liaise with Accountant, Auditors, Tax Agents, and other professional bodies.

**Human Resource (HR)**:

- Monitor and update daily attendance of employees and workers.
- Assist management on any employee feedback, disciplinary issues, etc.
- Handle recruitment process, including advertising, interviewing, onboarding, etc.
- Assist with all statutory matters when required.
- Preparation and filing of all HR documents.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in either Accounting or HR field.
- Minimum of accumulative 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good work ethic, high sense of responsibility, excellent follow-up skills, organised, result-oriented, deadline-oriented, good time management, fast learner and good team player.
- Willing to work in Senai, Johor area.
- 5 days working week.

**Personal Qualities**:

- Positive working attitude and self-motivated team player.
- Able to work under minimum supervision, independent and proactive.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
