1. Able to prepare full set of account

2. Key in accounting transaction into accounting software (SAGE UBS USERS IS PREFFERED)

3. Prepare account receivables and payables report, general ledger, monthly management report and other relevant reports.

4. Prepare stock listing

5. Prepare payment voucher for vendor payment

6. Checking transaction before proceeding payment

7. Checking payment received along with bank statement, and prepare official receipt.

8. Able to process utilities expenses

9. Bank reconciliation
