Responsibilities. Tender and award of all subcontracting trades such as tilling, painting, aluminium and glazing, sanitary wares, door frames, door leaves, etc. - Coordination of Pre and Post Tendering activities. - Site management inclusive but not limited to the establishment of the work program and ensuring timely progress of the physical works on site. - Generate various document control reports and communications as required (Site Diary, Site Memo, Site Instruction, Weekly Progress Reports, Cost Control Report, etc.). - Ensuring that all site needs are catered to and are met to ensure timely work progress and quality. - Ensuring that Work Quality are of the client’s standards without the need to rework. - Ensuring that Safety measures and policies are adhered to at site. - Cost Control of overall project by ensuring minimum wastage at site, best tendering practices and ensuring profitability of project. - Ensuring that proper Document Control procedures are in place by making sure that technical documents, drawings and commercial correspondence are communicated effectively. - Ensuring that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are distributed to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable. - Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability. - Maintain files and control logs as required by the project. - You shall perform other duties relating to the above as may be assigned by your supervisor from time to time. Requirements - Minimum 8 years working experience. - Excellent communication skills. - Pro-active and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team. - Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and a good team player. - Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
