Assistant Project Manager

Role:
- Delegating tasks to team members
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Coordinate all team members to keep workflow of current projects on track
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, within budget and with the expected quality
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Preparing presentations to update project manager/top management on the running and future projects progress
- Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
- Looking for ways to increase the project’s profitability and reduce expenses where possible
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Continuously stay abreast with company policies, procedures, rules and regulations and make sure team members comply with department manual/SOP
- Assisting and supporting the project manager.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Education Qualifications:
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of prior experience in managerial or supervisory roles in related field.
- **Knowledgeable in Zoho Project will be advantaged**.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
