Project Management Office

The PMO executive is responsible to assist the PMO HOD (Head of Department) to manage and monitor the project management and execution process from project kick off, budget, material delivery, weekly progress updates/reports, customer acceptance to customer satisfaction. You will be expected to work hand in hand with multiple Project Managers to ensure smooth management of all support and administration needed for the Project Management Office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Contract administration, reviewing, updating and monitoring contract records
- Projects documentation administration and controlling
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Organise and coordinate meeting with project teams and related parties.
- Prepare and review project budget, cost and timeline
- Review and verify suppliers PO, sub-contractor awards and claims
- Review and verify clients’ claims
- Review, manage and improve project management process
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years working experience in contract administration, costing and planning
- Experience in 11kv, 33kv and 132kv Power cable implementation.
- Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Project
- Good analytical skills, meticulous, positive thinking and able to work independently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
