- Engage with the players to gather feedback and enhance player’s satisfaction.
- Monitor and report any game anomalies or issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Contribute to the improvement and optimization of existing processes and content. *Qualifications:*
- Minimum of *6 months - 1 year of experience in game customer service or a related field.*
- *Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally in Mandarin*
- Familiarity with the gaming industry and a passion for anime culture.
- Extensive gaming experience: familiarity with *Genshin Impact* and *Honkai: Starail* will be considered an advantage.
- Passion for gaming and delivering exceptional customer service. Job Type: Permanent Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,300.00 per month Benefits:
