Gaming Customer Service Advisor

- Respond to players' ingame inquiries and provide solutions to their issues.
- Address and resolve complaints, suggestions, and consultations related to the game.
- Engage with players to gather feedback and improve their satisfaction.
- Monitor and report any game anomalies or issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum Education level: SPM and above
- Strong command of English in both verbal and written communication skills.
Working Hour:
- 24/7 Rotational Shift
- 9 hours of working (inclusive of 1 hour break)
- 5 working days, with 2 days off
