To maintain and control appropriate flow of stocks including to ensure good quality of products received in a timely manner. To maintain and control all display products are available and in excellent quality (including expiry). To maintain and control department cleanliness and always displays price tag at the correct products. To manage and train staffs as necessary especially in fruits & vegetables and displaying items. To have knowledge in fruits & vegetables hence able to make recommendations to customers to boost sales. To perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
