**Responsibilities**:

- Establish partnerships and manage sale growth for Modern Trade (FMCG) retailers
- Negotiate business agreement and increase product acceptance
- Deliver on sales goals quarterly and annually with effective strategies
- Manage sales operations for Modern Trade retailers within budget
- Monitor and optimize plan execution of stocks, product visibility, campaign arrangements and sales.
- Optimized product display in-store collaborate with merchandisers

**Requirement**:

- Minimum **Diploma** in Business Development/ Marketing
- Minimum **1-year** working experience in **FMCG** industry
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel)
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Languages - **English, Bahasa, Mandarin**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
