Job Responsibility:

- Execute the retail expansion plan defined.
- Analyze and recommend suitable sites for expansion and identify target locations by conducting market research and study.
- Act as the spokesperson of the store development, renovation and maintenance work to team members and external stakeholders to enable execution.
- Execute all store expansion matters in an effective manner which may entail dealing with out-of-scope matters; you should be able to pick up and resolve issues by working with other department members or management.
- Able to pick up and resolve outlet maintenance issues.
- Analyze and advise legal risk in the lease/tenancy agreement and prescribe countermeasures.
- Able to build good and strong relationships with landlords, developers, landowners, investors, bankers, and negotiate equally as a key representative of the company. Act as the point of contact for all participants
- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior as and when needed.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in related position and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Preferably **male staff**.
- Able to travel with no restrictions.
- Hands on approach and to coach subordinates to ensure they understand and meet company’s high standards (including values and culture.)
- Ability to outperform on all tasks and responsibilities
- Flexible and able to adapt and adopt to the company’s values and culture, as well as fast changes within the company.
- Thrive in a fast pace environment and ability to complete tasks, assignments and company goals in the shortest time frame.
- Positive attitude, hardworking, trustworthy and matured and able to maintain

- Have good business acumen with research, analytical skills and also customer oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and yet be a team player
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Analytical, problem solver and multitasker - with ability to do highly unstructured work.
- To ensure that company interest is the priority and comes first, and to do whatever is necessary (including weekends, off days and public holidays) to meet this objective.
- Ensure that KPI and all task assigned and deliverables are completed as per the timeline; or earlier.
- Protect company’s information and interest at all times.
- Collaboration work with teams of all levels.
- Willing to travel outstation and overseas as and when required.
