**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Channel Sales Management**
- Responsible for the business growth of channel sales, working closely with our partners to support sales & service, and achieving sales targets.
- Perform all sales duties (prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing, follow-through sales administration and after-sales support).
- Coordinate sales-and business initiatives and integrate sales processes.
- Generate sales and develop a sales plan to meet sales quota and gross profit target.
- Close coordination and support to partners and handle their clients' enquiries.
**2. Channel Relationship Management**
- Proactively engage partners to maintain good long-term partner relationships.
- Identify key growth sectors and implement strategic plans to recruit new partners.
- On-time support and response to partners' inquiries.
- Transparent communication with partners for any product updates, market information etc.
- Support partners in training, event materials, roadshow and sales activities.
**Requirements**:
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player.
- Able to work independently.
- Result-oriented, strong self-motivation and work discipline.
- Resourceful and possess a strong desire to succeed.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Must be willing to work in **Kuchai Lama.**
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
