We are looking for a confident, forward-thinking Sales Lead specializing in Channel Partnerships who can work well under pressure and who exhibits a spirit of excellence to join one of the fastest growing intra-city delivery platforms in Asia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and grow Lalamove’s e-commerce and point-of-sale channel partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement strategies that enable partner growth, increase platform consumption, and improve the partner experience
- Participate in strategic planning, negotiation, and other activities needed to execute deals supporting Lalamove’s regional strategy
- Manage pipeline and forecast activities of target channel partners
- Maintain weekly information and reporting to direct line manager and senior management
- Work with relevant stakeholders to implement sales initiatives and marketing campaigns to engage with channel partners and grow revenue
- Sales operations: ensure Standard Operating Procedures and Policies are implemented in a timely and accurate manner

**What We Seek**:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to communicate accurately to potential users (Able to speak in fluent Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)
- Charming personality to build and maintain professional relationships
- Strong sales skills to get our potential client to use our service. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Can-do attitude and grit to make things happen, to identify and leverage new opportunities

**What You'll Need**:

- >5 years relevant business or account management experience
- At least 2 years in a similar position or experience in one or more of the following areas: API Partnerships, Channel Sales, e-commerce
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Able to plan end-to-end execution of initiatives, and see through implementation of the initiative
- Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management
- Comfortable working in fast paced environment
- Be a self-starter and ability to find opportunities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
