**Who is Joy Glob?**

Joy Glob is an international comprehensive game creative services provider based in KL, Malaysia. Since its inception, it has been deeply engaged in the game industry, providing integrated services such as social media marketing, ads creative, player support and localization for global game products.

**What is the role?**

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Web 3 Team Leader to lead and oversee our innovative team in the rapidly evolving world of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. As the Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, fostering team growth, and achieving outstanding performance within our organization.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Leadership**: Utilize your network sales experience to drive business development, cultivate relationships with clients, and meet sales targets. Guide the team in effective sales strategies and lead by example to inspire high-performance salesmanship.

**Cryptocurrency Expertise**: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, particularly through previous work experience at platforms like Binance, OKX, or similar. Stay up-todate with the latest trends and developments in the currency circle, NFTs, and web3 technologies.

**Team Management**: Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 agents, drawing upon your minimum oneyear experience in management positions. Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting collaboration, and providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance team members' skills.

**Soft Skills**: Possess exceptional coaching, public speaking, and sales abilities. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be vital in motivating and aligning the team towards shared objectives.

**Requirements**:
experience in the cryptocurrency sector.
- Extensive knowledge of the cryptocurrency market, including web3 technologies and

NFTs.
- Minimum of one year of management experience, preferably leading a team of 10-15

agents.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide the team towards achieving

ambitious goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to present

ideas effectively.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Passion for emerging technologies and a keen interest in the crypto space.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
