**Responsibilities**:

- Strive to meet individual and team KPIs and goals
- Inspire team members to achieve sales targets through regular motivational meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and setting clear objectives.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans that successfully meet or exceed business expectations and revenue targets.
- Oversee and coordinate the implementation of sales initiatives, ensuring that they align with the overall business strategy.
- Handle complex customer complaints or issues, ensuring they are resolved to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Process orders and update worksheets

**Job Requirement**
- **No Cold Calling required**:

- Proven Sales and Leadership Experience
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team towards achieving sales targets.
- **Diploma or Bachelor Degree** in Business, Marketing or relevant field of study is preferred
- Able to read and write in **Chinese and English**:

- Experience in **e-commerce or relevant industry** is preferred
