- Leads a team of 10-15 Sales Development Representatives
- Manages team performance against quotas and sales forecasts, executes operating plans and ensures sales objectives are met.
- Nurtures a positive team environment, in alignment with Veeam's Core Values.
- Collaborates with Inside Sales Leaders, local and regional Marketing Leaders on plan and success for Veeam's new business prospecting.
- Maintains and promotes a successful and positive work environment; trains new hires and provides coaching and counselling to direct reports
- Drives revenue and contributes to the continued growth of Veeam through consistently achieving individual and team quotas.
- Monitors daily activity of Sales Development Representatives including outbound calls, prioritization of customer targets, and managing sales support activities.
- Develops and drives metrics to measure performance of the inside sales activities; corrects deficiencies where necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of inside sales management or supervisory experience preferred; telephone and internet based sales experience required
- Demonstrated experience building, training, managing, growing and developing a Sales Development team
- Skilled motivator with demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales staff to exceed targeted sales objectives and deliver high quality service to customers
- Proven track record of successful selling and management
- Excellent management and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated knowledge of different sales methodologies and cadences
- Knowledge of virtualization technology; VMware and/or Microsoft is highly desirable
