A challenging and rewarding career opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Sales Team Lead to join our team at SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd.
As a Commercial Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading our sales professionals to achieve sales targets, developing and executing sales strategies to grow revenue and increase market share, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the audio-visual industry, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Key responsibilities include participating in AV over IP integration projects, including designing and implementing audio-visual systems, assisting in creating detailed diagrams and specifications for AV equipment and systems, assessing and operating various AV equipment, collaborating with the AV over IP integration team on indoor and outdoor audio-visual projects, assisting in creating interactive projects and developing content for client presentations.
Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, or related field, minimum 3 years of experience in AV engineering and sales, strong technical knowledge of AV equipment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours, strong team player with excellent time management and organizational skills.
We are seeking a fluent Mandarin speaker who can also communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
This role offers a competitive salary range of RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month, other benefits including maternity leave, parental leave, and professional development opportunities, day shift (Monday to Friday), opportunities for promotion and professional development.
