Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
- The _Segment Sales Team Lead _is to _lead the sales team_ and to conduct effective tactical planning and go to market strategy to achieve company sales target for the targeted Segment customer_
What are you accountable for?
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by managing the direct sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team
- Understanding consumer and segment needs, design sales pitch and train sales team to achieve sales target
What do you need to have for this role?
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3 years in sales/ sales management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation
- Good written, oral and interpersonal skills
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, A self-starter, and a team player
