Lead sales, prioritise and organise department's work
- Plan goals and tasks for employees, ensure the department and each employee's KPO are met
- Motivate department employees to achieve goals
- Analyze sales and develop proposals for improving sales performance
- Conduct 1 to 1 sessions with manages

**Requirements**:
- At lest 2 year of experience as Telesales Manager
- Result oriented mindset
- Proficiency in CRM and Google Sheets
- Fluent communication in English; Mandarin is a good to have
- Willing to work on rotational shift: Mon - Friday or Wed - Sunday
- Working Hour: 9am - 6pm (fixed)
- Office located: Bandar Utama, PJ
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
