Job Title: Telesales B2C Representative
**Job Description**:
As a Telesales B2C Representative, your primary responsibility is to engage with individual consumers over the phone and persuade them to purchase our products or services. This role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our offerings to meet those needs. The goal is to generate sales while providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to individual consumers from provided lead lists or databases. Introduce our products or services, assess customer needs, and deliver persuasive sales pitches.
- Sales Presentation: Present our products or services in a compelling manner, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions. Address any objections or concerns to secure sales.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport with consumers through active listening, empathy, and professionalism. Foster positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our offerings, including features, pricing, promotions, and competitive advantages. Stay updated on product updates and industry trends.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system. Follow up on leads, prioritize tasks, and track progress towards sales targets.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas set by management. Consistently strive to improve sales performance and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in telesales, B2C sales, or customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and connect with consumers.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Resilience to handle rejection and overcome objections.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
