Identify potential new clients and sales channels for our endpoint security products (Endpoint EDR Threat Intelligence Encryption Backup DLP etc.) to drive business growth.
- Support and expand the existing channel by gaining expertise in our products and solutions.
- Connect with potential clients through networking maintaining relationships and increasing our network.
- Research and establish relationships with new clients.
- Understand the clients' needs and business operations to address their security issues effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to develop proposals tailored to client needs concerns and objectives.
- Assist in pricing the solution/service.
- Formulate new strategies to attract clients and achieve sales in B contexts and unconventional sales settings.
- Coordinate with technical staff and internal colleagues to meet customers' requirements.
- Identify opportunities for marketing campaigns services and distribution channels to drive sales growth.
- Prepare accurate progress reports.
- Comprehend and work towards enhancing the company's goals and performance.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by superiors.

**; Requirements**:
- years of experience in sales/business/channel of IT security products specifically servicing business grade customers
- Strong customer orientation and a business-minded perspective
- Knowledge in Network Security and Software security
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong organization skills attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- At least a diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) Computer Science/Information Technology Business Studies/Administration/Management Commerce or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferably specialization in Channel based Sales - IT/IT Security/Network Security or equivalent.
