**Job Title: Associate Manager, Channel Management**
**Location**:Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
**Department**:Sales Operations
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Identify and analyze market opportunities to drive sales growth and enhance perfect store planning.
- Collaborate with trade marketing and sales managers to develop effective channel strategies.
- Analyze and develop strategic actions to increase market share and distribution.
- Lead key activity planning (FOCO) and collaborate closely with trade marketing for seamless execution.
- Coordinate with the regional sales team to address any requests and provide support for sales fundamentals.
- Reinforce support for the implementation of global sales systems such as Dial, DMS, and Power BI.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
**Required** Skills / Experience / Competencies**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Min 5 years’ experience in sales
- Proficient in Power BI & Excel
- Possess understanding on Modern Market & General Trade coverage across Malaysia
