Retail Channel Manager

The Retail Channel Manager will be responsible for leading negotiation activities for new leases, renewals, and terminations. This role will also manage communication with landlords, project management, and finance in matters relating to lease and tenancy. This role works to achieve consistency in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) across the Affiliate’s channels and to develop and implement holistic retail SOPs across Brands and integrates SOPs at Point-Of-Sale (POS).
**What You Will Achieve**
- Lead negotiation activities for new leases, renewals and terminations. Manage communication with landlords, project management and finance in matters relating to lease and tenancy.
- Actively participate in defining/setting retail operation processes in POS program from the perspective of a process expert.
- Work with Commercial Manager (CM), Education Manager and Area Commercial Executives (ACE) to drive standardization of retail operations policies and procedures for all freestanding stores and other points of sale.
- Ensure compliance of internal policies by communicating, coordinating, monitoring and regular reporting to affiliate GM and regional.

**Qualifications**
**What You Will Need**
- 7 years of relevant experience in leasing and mall management, preferably from the retail industry
- Experience in luxury / prestige beauty industries will be an added advantage
- Well-versed in lease terms, specifications, and tenancy policies
- Seasoned mall leasing professional with a proven track record of success, demonstrating strong business acumen and in-depth technical knowledge.
- Able to work independently and perform under pressure
- Possess strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Positive attributes towards fulfilling corporate objectives and goals.
