**About the Role**

As an Omni Channel Trade Marketer for UFS you sit in a unique role between Marketing, Supply chain and CD. Your Primary role is to lead the execution of the strategic initiatives of UFS in the Push channel. You will further play a key role in developing annual distribution plans and support CD LT and GMs develop strategic the trade plan. You further are the anchor for managing the UFS quarterly and Annual TO, supporting the CD LT and GM.

Role clarity: The role is directly Equivalent to the combination of a CSP (Category Strategy planning role) role plus a channel marketing role in Retail.

Among the responsibilities include:

- Plan & Execute Trade Strategy in line with Business growth ambition.
- Driving key Field Capability KPIs as part of the overall growth agenda.
- Drive Reach & Penetration through improving customer shopping experiences.
- Design and execute campaigns and promotional activity alongside marketing and CDLT.
- Drive Perfect store, Every Day Great Execution in Merchandising.
- Manage the largest trade investment budget and deliver high ROI.

The Trade Marketing Manager will work alongside the Operator experience team of marketing and the customer development team to drive the market opportunities. They must develop an informed point of view through operator insight, trade insight, market & competitor insights and sales team engagement on the opportunities and issues in driving growth and execution fundamentals.

The Trade Category Manager will share accountability for Turnover, Share, Perfect Store and other Key OKRs and metrics along with the Country Sales Leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accountable to deliver UFS push channel (Trade) TO target.
- Distribution reach and On Shelf Availability.
- Build the UFS annual Trade Category Plan in support of the Integrated Business Plan (IBP).
- On an ongoing basis, manage the operational opportunities and competitive performance through input to Sales and Operating Plan (S&OP).
- Manage the promotional play of UFS in Wholes Sale, Cash & Carry and IMT.
- Manage the promotional & trade investment budget driving ROI.
- Craft relevant, need-based campaigns by identifying growth opportunities via SSD and behavioral data, implementing smooth campaign journeys & conducting post-campaign evaluations with demand creation team with an Omni Channel Approach.
- Drive Perfect Store both Offline and Online with Top 10 SKU focus.
- Monthly marketing bulletin updates.
- Management of trade deals and scan sales plan.

**Essential Experience/Skill/Knowledge**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in any Customer development role is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of key customer management, wholesale, Cash & Carry and eCommerce channel, the operator journey, and foodservice distribution models, omni-channel experience.
- Excellent Analytical skills and a high proficiency in managing Microsoft XL and Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is required.

**Desirable Experience/Skill/Knowledge**:

- Experience in Customer Strategy planning, Channel Marketing, Trade category management is preferred.
- Have customer facing trade experience is preferable.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management is preferable.
