Why does this job exist and why is it critical?- To be accountable for the incremental revenue growth of key segments such as mobile & fixed segment (Enterprise companies, business individuals).- Ensure detailed and ambitious plans are in place to achieve winning goals for Enterprise Product at Maxis retail channel (market leadership, market share growth and subscriber share growth). Build business case/paper as well as examine financial data and use them to improve Retail Enterprise profitability.- Ensure competitiveness of Maxis retail channel through raising of operating standards and productivity, including but not limited to, channel capability expansion and framework simplification to meet and exceed established sales goals.- Analyse large data sets (cluster) in order to uncover new opportunities to grow Retail Enterprise Business.- Share relevant data, information and presentations with internal / external stakeholders to drive engagement, feedback, optimisation and improvement.- Defining market focus, competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share/sources of sales.- Define programs requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.- Conceptualise, plan and execute Retail Enterprise projects resulting in successful implementation into sales channels with desired outcome.- Develop/implement sales tools for tracking, review and reporting of performance of team/market in delivering Retail Enterprise Business KPIs and targets.- Develop/improving operational management systems, processes and best practices. Ensure all system and operations are carried on in an appropriate and cost-effective way.- Monitor daily sales trend and dashboard with analysis on what’s next. Ensure headcounts on ground are sufficient and productive for daily operation.- Responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of programs. Oversee and preplan any tactical incentive for Maxis retail channel.- Utilize effective problem-solving and time-management skills to execute complex programs.- Ensure programs deliver the best return on investment (ROI). Researching trends and gathering resources on new activities and programs.- Perform program planning, analysis and reporting for management; manage budgets and report on fund allocation for each programs respectively. Proper documentation of each program.- Work independently or in a team environment to complete assigned tasks effectively.- Work with cross-functional teams in planning and execution of tasks/programs. Work closely with GTM on go to market readiness and LDU for training request on solutioning, soft skills, tele-sales or any skills related matter.- Planning and attending collaboration meetings to ensure initiatives/projects are on schedule. (Gate 1, Gate 2 and Gate 3)- Participates in or oversees the work of initiatives/program; identifies and resolves problems; monitors workflow; reviews and evaluates work products, methods, and procedures.
