Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

1) Maxis Own Build Fibre (NGBB) via HFS
- Responsible for NGBB sales target accountability.
- Oversee the activities, penetration and progress tracking/follow through.
- Drive and coordinate NGBB sales for foot soldiers, including team’s performance, analyst on opportunity and improvements.
- Collaborating with Fibre teams across different channels on program and promotion.

2) Distributor Performance Management:

- Responsible for the sales performance for all the distributors, including coordinate and tracking of trade programs, stocks management and communication.
- Drive customised tactical promotions, including approval process and deployment to the ground.
- Provide analysis and insights to deliver sales productivity and performance.
