Our new clients who is providing and supporting worldwide user in 365 days a year, 24hours a day, 7 days a week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend to online user enquiry, assist them to solve any basic apps issues
- Handle escalations and manage client expectations on an ongoing basis
- Identify and document user and system issues
- Raise ticket to allow development team or vendor to resolve the issue
- Update and manage any defects, issues tickets appropriately
- Manage stakeholder relationships with management, other technology teams or end-user clients on a day to day basis
- Be a user to test new apps and feedback the test result
- Work closely with business users and build good rapport
- Any other task assigned by superior from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and IT savvy
- Able to speak and write in English and Simplified Mandarin (MUST) language is added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team player
- Comfortable working directly with end users
- Willing to work on **rotational shifts** including weekends and public holidays (5 days working)
- Ready to work at **City Square Johor Bahru**:

- After training, MCO can Work from Home

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
