**Job Description**:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
2. Perform accurate research and analysis whenever necessary as per instruction.
3. Able to do translation of correspondences from Malay to English.
4. Coordinate arrangements, meetings and/or conferences as assigned and ensure that MD is well prepared for the meetings or agendas.
5. Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms accordingly.
6. Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports.
7. Taking minutes and prepare minutes of meetings, reports, correspondence and presentations accurately and swiftly.
8. Preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings as well as produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the CEO.
10. Involving and assisting in managing the day-to-day operations of the office by supporting the administrative works given.
