Job Description: The HR Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department and assisting with various HR functions. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality. The HR Assistant will work closely with HR professionals, managers, and employees to facilitate HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
**Recruitment Support**:
Assist in job posting and advertising on various job boards and company platforms.

**Onboarding and Orientation**:

- Coordinate new employee orientation and assist in the preparation of onboarding materials.
- Ensure that employees have the necessary resources for a smooth onboarding process.

**Employee Records**:

- Maintain and update employee files and databases, ensuring data accuracy.
- Manage and file HR documents, such as employment contracts, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

**Benefits Administration**:

- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and documentation.
- Support open enrollment processes and changes to benefit plans.
- Collaborate with benefits providers and the HR team to resolve issues.

**HR Communication**:

- Assist in drafting HR-related communications and announcements.
- Contribute to the development of internal HR policies and procedures.

**Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR practices.
- Assist with tracking and reporting on compliance-related activities.

**Employee Relations**:

- Act as a point of contact for general employee inquiries.
- Help facilitate employee recognition programs and events.

**Training and Development**:

- Assist in coordinating employee training programs and workshops.
- Manage training materials, scheduling, and logistics.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
