**Responsibility**
- To handle full spectrum of of Human Resources, Payroll, Statutory Compliance and Administrative functions, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance & office administration.
- Responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing including staff claims, leave management and OT processing for the company groups.
- Issuance of payroll related documents such as Payslip, EA form & Form E.
- Liase and attend queries with local authority bodies in relation to the employee's related issues (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, Labour Office and other authorized bodies).
- Prepares HR related letters (Letter of Offer, Confirmation/Extension of Probation Letter, Warning Letter, and other relevant letters).
- To coordinate in recruitment arrangements such as scheduling interview session and collecting additional documents.
- Maintain physical and digital personnel records like employment letters and other documents in proper filing.
- Update internal databases in the system.
- Develop, review, and update HR and company policies, and promote understanding and compliance among all staff.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- To update and renew company insurance, licenses and foreign worker work permits when due.
- Perform other related duties related to HR and administrative duties.
