HR & Admin Executive

Responsibilities: '¢ Organize and ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems '¢ Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information '¢ Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, panel clinic and related authorities departments '¢ Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times '¢ Resolve administrative problems and coordinate repairs/maintenance for office '¢ Greeting and directing visitors, Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence '¢ Create regular reports on daily/monthly attendance, office utilities and company licensing tracking '¢ Develop training and onboarding material (e.g. new joiner induction, forms) '¢ Answer employees queries about HR-related issues '¢ Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a company event or visitors refreshment arrangement) '¢ To perform any other duties assigned from time to time Requirements: '¢ Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer or similar role '¢ Experience dealing with government/authorities departments (MoF, CIDB, local authorities) '¢ Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations '¢ Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload '¢ Discretion with personal and confidential information '¢ Experience using excel/spreadsheets '¢ Good verbal and written communication skills '¢ BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
