General Manager

Responsible to create an environment and culture that focus on fulfilling the company’s mission, vision, and values;
- Accountable for the operational management of all business departments and project operations. - Responsible to develop business prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; and accumulating capital to fund expansion;
- Ensure the Company is staffed with well-trained, quality, and engaged employees at all times; works closely with the executive management team to develop effective hiring, training, and compensation plans to retain the Company’s quality talent, to be successful in serving customers. - Accountable to oversee projects financial performance and risk profile while ensuring that all of regulatory obligations are met;
- Responsible to manage the design and implementation of new products and services; and oversee brand development and the implementation of effective marketing strategies. - Represent company at key business functions, community events, industry training and events, and networking opportunities;
- Ensure quality metrics are achieved through sound business processes following clients project timelines and relevant business key performance indexes;
- Responsible for consensus building efforts and strategic planning of the Company’s core products & services and timely reporting to top management on those aspects;
- Responsible for the overall operations in terms of planning and coordination of the Company’s corporate business and its related products & services:
- Responsible for the timely generation of all management instructed reports and data as required by the CEO Office;
- Accountable for the implementation, monitoring & control and due reporting of assigned project portfolios for the overall Company, including planning, on related matters;
- Responsible to provide necessary support and guidance on operational matters of the company to the CEO Office as and when required;
- Accountable for the timely submission of month-end financial and operational reviews, and contribute to the development of and participation in corporate-wide strategic planning efforts;
- Accountable to monitor company performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances;
- Responsible to communicate circumstances and events of operations to officers, managers and other appropriate people to keep all apprised;
- Accountable to effectively manage contract negotiations and fulfill all statutory and regulatory compliance in all contractual requirements arising thereupon;
- Responsible to update job knowledge by remaining aware of new regulations, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations as deemed necessary by top management.
- Comply with ISO9001 requirements and all existing Quality Policy Health & Safety Policy, Company Vision & Mission, Company Core Values, and other policies which are enforced by the Company.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Degree in Electronics & Electrical or related technical field such as M& E
- High level exposure in ELV and Security& IT infrastructure environment
- Ability to lead and work independently with strong leadership competencies
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Microsoft Office skills are basic requirement for this position
- Timely report generation capabilities and must be IT savy
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
