Elv Sales Manager

Accountable to manage, support and supervise the Company’s sales department resources;
- Responsible to achieve all sales targets and goals set for assigned territories by top management;
- Responsible to develop and implement and coordinate VASTIQ’s Sales Policy & Plan in ensuring revenue growth in all the assigned categories of the Company’s products & services;
- Accountable for the establishment, implementation and continual improvement of VASTIQ’S Sales Incentive Scheme and increase sales of company’s products and services as per the Company’s Business Plan;
- Responsible to ensure the establishment and continual updating of VASTIQ Sales Presentation deck as appropriate to current business portfolio;
- Accountable to manage and coordinate all internal sales product training
- Accountable for the establishment and continual maintenance of VASTIQ Products & Services Pricing Database and to ensure its correctness of Information at all times;
- Accountable to monitor and reports on market trends, potential projects and competitor intelligence to top management at appropriate platform, namely weekly and monthly Management Reporting;
- Responsible to establish, maintain and expand Company’s customer database with timely reporting on sales activities to top management at designated platforms;
- Responsible to update product knowledge and sales technique to customers as and when required via the proper coordination and utilization of the Product Demo Room and accompanying Product Kits made available;
- Accountable to research for new products and systems available in ELV, AI and such systems;
- Responsible to prepare professional proposals and meeting consultants and client requirements as instructed by Immediate Superior
- Responsible to update and maintain Product Demo Room and all applicable sales tools and conduct product briefing and training to sales team and required to perform product demos to customers as and when required;
- Build strategic partnerships and licensing opportunities with reputable agencies and relevant stakeholders;
- Accountable to propose and manage the marketing budget and pricing strategies to meet revenue target and profitability goals;
- Gather and analyze customer's requirement and current market trend to prioritize what products to be rolled out and focused products execution for projects;
- Responsible to follow-up with client on after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support;
- Responsible to develop after-sales strategies and prepare maintenance and SLA contracts for company’s key accounts;
- Develop strategies and tactics on public awareness of VASTIQ, including but not limited, to the company, promoting and increasing awareness of company's brand, services and market share, and boosting the company's reputation.
- Identify and generate new business leads as aligned in the Company’s Business Plan and Mid-Term Plans, including but not limited to the generation of VASTIQ Annual Sales Business Plan;
- Responsible to ensure participation at trade fairs or Expo or major industry-related events to promote company's brand and its related products and services;
- Required to participate and represent the Company in any assigned events as instructed by Management;
- Timely identification and compliance to all internal and external risk management aspects related to work performance in line with the Quality Management System of the Company.
- Execute any other related duties assigned to you from time to time by your immediate superior within the category of your employment in the Company;
- That you will not divulge any information concerning the Company of their dealing, transactions of affairs which may come to your knowledge during or in the course of your employment with the company.
- Comply with ISO9001 requirements and all existing Quality Policy Health & Safety Policy, Company Vision & Mission, Company Core Values, and other policies which shall be enforced by the Company.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Degree in Finance /Management or Technical related field. Lower academic qualification can be considered with proven track record of work in related field.
- Knowledge and proficient with marketing-related software programs and website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, WebTrends and such campaigns
- Exposure in accounting or financial environment in an similar industry
- Ability to work independently with strong leadership competencies
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the marketing & sales field, and at least 3 years in senior sales management position.
- Other Job Requirements Product and marketing expert in respect to the business competition.
- Timely and accurate report generation capabilities
