RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To provide customer service to contract customers in order to maintain customer base and maximize core service sales (maintenance, repair, and spare parts) and customer satisfaction.
  • To provide customer service to non-contract customers in order to maximize service sales and customer satisfaction.
  • To provide regular feedback to Executive, Field Service in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Service Operations.
  • To lead a team of Field engineers and technicians for job scheduling and coordination.
  • To ensure the achievement of service sales targets, profit margin, and payment collection.
  • To build relationships with contract and non-contract customers.
  • To ensure the accuracy of job costing and service sales forecasts.
  • Effectiveness in pursuing quotations resulting in a high success rate.
  • To maintain high morale among service department staff.
Job Requirements

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or IT or equivalent.
  • Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in the Electrical & ELV industry field is required for this position.
  • Independent, well-organized, proactive attitude, good communication, and sales management skills.
  • Self-motivated, a good team player with an energetic personality, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and sales presentation software.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
