**Job Descriptions**:

- Accountable for responding to customer's technical problems in a timely manner, coordinating internal and external resources to provide right fit solutions
- Responsible to prepare project installation plan, determine project goals, manage project plan and schedule, and prepare and implement job procedures
- Accountable for the planning and scheduling of engineering, installation and subcontracting activities of the Company
- Able to troubleshoot project issues and engage appropriate management and resources as needed to mitigate impacts and minimize undesired outcomes
- Accountable to establish and maintain an in-depth Electronic Security knowledge and overall ELV industry and their competitive practices as they relate to multiple markets and sectors
- Responsible for providing product and solutions specifications to channel customers, according to regional sales strategy, assisting customers with product selection and product configuration
- Responsible for implementing product training and certification for customer, improve engineers and technical staff levels of competencies
- Responsible for understanding and capturing customer needs for products and solutions, and feedback to the company's product engineering department for product innovation and optimization
- Responsible for analyzing customer project requirements, assisting in the formulation of bidding documents, predicting technical problems during project implementation, and providing project technical support for sales & marketing promotions
- Accountable to prepare and review design solution/architecture in pre tender meetings and solution presentations to client/contractor
- Able to manage manufacturers/ Distributors/sub-contractors, establish business relations and do commercial negotiations as and when required
- Required to participate and represent the Company in any assigned events as instructed by Management
- Timely identification and compliance to all internal and external risk management aspects related to work performance in line with the Quality Management System of the Company
- Execute any other related duties assigned to you from time to time by your immediate superior within the category of your employment in the Company

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree in Electrical & Electronics or related field
- Knowledge and proficient with design software
- Experience in environment in an SME industry
- Ability to work independently with strong leadership competencies
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in ELV sector, and at least 3 years as Senior Engineer
- With expert knowledge in respect to the total ELV business competition
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Must be business savvy and have basic project P&L understanding
- Timely and accurate report generation capabilities

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
