**About the Job**
We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Human Executive to join our team, as a key member to grow and transform the organisation. If you’re a team player and someone who loves coffee, food and culture APPLY NOW

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for general HR activities such as payroll, compensation & benefits, recruitment, employee relations and other HR administration functions.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records using HR information systems to manage employee data.
- Understands synergy in teams and able to bring out the best of talents via empowerment
- Able to understand Company’s purpose, vision and mission.
- Monitor and handle staff recruitment and all paperwork in related to staff onboarding, orientation and briefing.
- Plan and in-charge of the Company's annual events eg. Staff Calibration,
Anniversary, birthdays, CNY dinner etc.
- Ensuring all recruitment processes comply with legal requirements and regulations.
- Maintaining records and documentation as required.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques\
- Identifying the hiring needs of the organisation and creating job descriptions.
- Provide employee sufficient information about human resources policies
- Day-to-day HR operation, admin tasks and any ad-hoc task given

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent and in-depth knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act/ Legislation / Labour laws
- Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin and English, Bahasa Malaysia is optional
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Able to work independently & as a team.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
