**A Production Administrator plays a crucial role in overseeing and supporting the various administrative tasks related to the production process within a company. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The Production Administrator collaborates with different departments to ensure the smooth flow of production operations and maintains accurate records to track progress.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production schedules, materials, and inventory.
- Generate reports and documentation to track production progress and identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with production teams, supply chain, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Communicate with other departments to address any production-related concerns or requirements.
- Assist in creating and maintaining production schedules to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
- Coordinate with team leads to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages and excesses.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures.
- Document and report any deviations from quality standards.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance overall production efficiency.
- Efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
