Requirements:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and production management software.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fastpaced production environment.

  • Effective problemsolving skills to address production challenges promptly.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in production schedules or priorities.

A Production Administrator plays a crucial role in overseeing and supporting the various administrative tasks related to the production process within a company. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The Production Administrator collaborates with different departments to ensure the smooth flow of production operations and maintains accurate records to track progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of production schedules, materials, and inventory.
  • Generate reports and documentation to track production progress and identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with production teams, supply chain, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  • Communicate with other departments to address any productionrelated concerns or requirements.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining production schedules to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
  • Coordinate with team leads to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages and excesses.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures.
  • Document and report any deviations from quality standards.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance overall production efficiency.
  • Efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
