Liaise with external partners, like JTK, Imigration, KWSP, SOCSO, insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.

Orientation of new employees to the organisation (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, etc).

Administer the HR procedures ad fully adhere to company policies, Welfare & Compensation, and other rules and regulations.

Deal with employee request regarding HR issues, rules and regulations.
