**Job Summary**:
Perform routine secretarial and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.
- Provide and handle all secretarial and administrative duties including prepare internal and external correspondences; letters, memos, minutes of meeting and other document as instructed by the Management.
- To provide smooth and efficient administration support for all departments to cope with the business needs.
- Handling visitors, logistic arrangement/correspondence, i.e. air ticket, meeting, hotel, Conference Room usage, etc.
- Manage and arrange work schedule, travelling arrangement and accommodation.
- Undertake special ad-hoc assignments as and when needed.

**Qualification & Requirement**:

- At least a Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Secretarial / Executive
- Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- At least 3 years of working experience in secretarial post
