**Title **:Customer Service Specialist

**Working hours **:Mon-Thurs (830am-6pm), Fri (830am-5pm)

**Purpose of the job**
- To responsible of customer service and management support

**Key Tasks**
- Frequent contacts with customers, serving customers inquiries
- Order management, input order thru system
- Maintain & update price list
- Maintain & update customer master file
- Sample arrangement & coordination
- Support customer to perform online ordering
- Performs all duties in full compliance of all laws, safety and environmental regulations, and in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures.

**The requirements**

Experience, knowledge and skills:

- Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Economics or any business-related field.
- Required written and spoken language(s) fluency: Malay & English
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in sales or customer service is required for this position
- Good communication, interpersonal skill, hardworking, can-do attitude
- Experience with matrix organization would be a big plus.
- Experience in SAP/Oracle

- Position holder reports to Customer Service Team Manager-SEA

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
