_**Responsibilities**:_
- Serves as the primary contact to the MD internal/external contact. Conveys issues to MD as appropriate and follow up on actions needed.
- Handling the MD travel arrangements & bookings (flight tickets, hotel bookings, passport, claims/expenses listing, refunds, car rentals, exhibition registration etc.)
- Responsible for all aspect of corporate secretarial related, proper maintenance of statutory records, due submission of statutory returns and compliance of statutory requirements.
- To undertake administrative support task for the company as per required from time to time.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Flexible to standby for calls during weekends or after work.
- **Requirements**:_
- Preferably 5 years relevant working experience particularly in the automotive industry.
- Self-motivation, result oriented, problem-solving skills, confidence, positive personality and able to perform under pressure and act independently.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (compulsory)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Personal Assistant: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
