**Job Summary**:
The Guest Service Manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction by overseeing the front desk, concierge, and guest services operations. This role involves managing guest interactions, handling complaints, and coordinating with various departments to deliver a seamless and memorable experience for all guests.
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the front desk, concierge, and guest services to ensure smooth service.
- Manage all aspects of guest arrivals, including VIPs, ensuring rooms and amenities meet their needs.
- Greet and escort VIP guests, and promptly address and resolve any complaints or issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front desk, lobby, and main entrance areas.
- Develop strong guest relationships, collect feedback for improvements, and collaborate with departments to ensure operational efficiency.

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar capacity within the hospitality industry, focusing on guest services or front office management.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Opera or similar Property Management Systems (PMS) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complex situations with professionalism.
- Ability to manage stress and pressure effectively, maintaining composure and decision-making quality in high-pressure situations.
