To provide secretarial and administrative duties assigned by the Business Development Manager.
- To organise and maintain all records and administrative facilities for the Business Development team.
- To organise and make arrangements on behalf of the team.
- To perform any other duties as assigned.
**; Requirements**:
- Possess at least an SPM certificate and/or Diploma in Secretarial Studies or any equivalent qualification.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Matured, pleasant, responsible, independent and possess a high degree of initiative and integrity.
- Good command of English and Malay.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office.
- A self-starter who has a good attitude and is willing to learn.
- Able to prioritise and multitask.
