**Job Descriptions**:

- To perform administrative tasks such as typing, copying, binding, scanning, and filing.
- To assist in organizing the filling system & manage documentation in the proper record.
- To assist on arrangement for office equipment maintenance and inventory database
- To manage incoming call and attend to visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- To ensure that the daily administrative needs are fulfilled.
- To ensure all correspondences and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
- To be responsible for rendering all administration duty.
- Handle daily administrative activities, including reception duties.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the management.

**Job Requirement**:

- Min 1-2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good command of spoken & written in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin is required.
- Personality traits - Energetic, presentable, responsible, independent, proactive and a team player.
- Able to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Meticulous & good organisational, task-oriented, administrative skills
